How do we collect your personal data?

We get access to your personal data when you use our web page or write to us for example in order to:

As a general rule Waldrand offers its data protection services to legal persons and does not provide any services for minors.

How long do we retain your personal data?

We regularly review the retention periods. We only retain your personal data as long as necessary, including in order to proceed as foreseen or to fulfill an agreement. If your personal data are no longer needed, they are deleted, except in cases where the law obliges us to retain certain data for a defined period.

Who has access to your personal data?

Only the Members of the Board of Waldrand Law OÜ have access to your personal data. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third persons.

We may, however, transfer your personal data to third persons who provide services, intermediaries, sub-contractors, clients and organizations related tou s for the purpose of responding to you and/or providing a service (e.g. to respond to your requests related to the exercise of your rights under the GDPR). In case of transfer to third person service providers, we only transfer the data which are needed to provide the service and if the service provider has concluded a controller-processor agreement with us according to which they have to ensure data security, have to abstain from using the data for direct marketing and retain the data only as long as it is necessary to fulfil their task and provide you the service(s) on our behalf. We do not give third persons access to your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.

We may transfer your personal data to third persons if we are obliged to disclose or share your personal data under legal obligations, e.g. to fulfill orders of the court or to prevent fraud or crime or to enforce or apply our contract or to protect the rights, property or security of our clients. In such a case we would implement reasonable measures to continually protect your privacy.

We take precautions to protect your personal data.

Usually personal data are sumitted through internet and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. We do our best to protect your personal data although we cannot have full control, therefore, you send your personal data at your own risk. However, once we have received your personal data, we make maximum effort to process them safely.

Our webpage does not use cookies.

Our webpage contains links to other sites managed by other organizations. Our privacy notice only covers our own webpage, so we recommend you to read the privacy notices of those other websites. We cannot be responsible for the veracity or methods of other websites which you may reach via the links we provide.

If you reach our website via a link provided by a third party, we cannot be held responsible for the methods used by its owners or managers and therefore we recommend you to get acquainted with the privacy policy of such third parties.

Transfer of your personal data outside the EU and the EEA
